Sunset Sunless Tanning

While I’ve recently implemented a number of updates and improvements to my site, Sunset Sunless Tanning, and I hope some of you will check them out, I’m mostly here to tell you about this disturbing new skin cancer.

In a recent cancer study conducted by Johns Hopkins University and Medical Center with the Medical University of South Carolina, researchers monitored non-melanoma skin cancer survivors for more than sixteen years while also monitoring a large number of individuals in the same demographic but who hadn’t suffered skin cancer of any form.

What they discovered was that the individuals who had suffered skin cancer exhibited an increased risk of developing other cancers later in life. While the most common cancer developed by these individuals was melanoma, researchers also learned these people experienced an increased risk for lung, colon, breast, and prostate cancers.

I’m back to update Sunset Sunless Tanning once more! I hope you’re using sunscreen and behaving with deep respect for what that hot summer sun can do to your skin and your health. Let it cheer your mood and give you some vitamin D, but do NOT let it give you cancer!

I’ve now written and published two new articles for this sunny site, how to maximize your Sunless Spray Tan and how to identify those deadly Melanoma Symptoms.

For many of you who still consider a sunless spray tan to be a lame, cheap thing to do… GET OVER IT. Seriously. People who opt to enhance their complexion through healthful, natural means should be applauded, not ridiculed. Would you rather they cultivate a deadly cancer and develop Melanoma Symptoms? I think not.

People love to obtain a warm glow for their complexion and now they can obtain this with quality, accurate airbrush tanning systems or a simple sunless spray tan created in the comfort of your home. And as long as the skin is prepared properly and people don’t overdo it, these sunless tans look perfectly natural — they no longer have to feature that obvious orange hue people ridiculed 20 years ago.

So chill out and let people enjoy sunless tanning without the need to feel inhibited about the source of their beautiful glow!

While I’ve been distracted this past month, I’m back and I’ve got lots of information to roll out to you in the coming weeks in preparation for high tanning season.

In recent conversations with my girlfriends, the topic of white spots from tanning keeps arising. I don’t know if it’s because our age is finally revealing the damage we did to our skin in our reckless youth or if there is just a greater natural awareness for such conditions these days. But either way, the topic seems to be somewhat hot among people who enjoy tanning.

Welcome to the debut post of my new skin care website & blog, Sunset Sunless Tanning!

Sunset Sunless Tanning is here to teach you how to gain a warm glow without gambling your health away. The industry of self-tanning has been aggressively evolving for 40 years, and we’re now at a point where sunless tanning methods are effective and convincing as well as healthy and natural.

With Sunset Sunless Tanning , I will provide informative articles on the tanning process — both from the sun and from sunless tanners — and will publish reviews of all the best services and products. In addition, I will discuss the dangers of standard suntanning and tanning beds, from the usually minor white spots from tanning to the potentially dangerous melanoma symptoms.
